--Ensuring All Voices are Heard--

Following feedback regarding the local stakeholder consultation scheduled for June 28, 2024, at the Liziz Biogas Office, we acknowledge the logistical challenges and timing constraints that may prevent some stakeholders, including workers from Kilang Sawit LPM and residents from Kuala Betis, Kampung Langsat, and Kampung Angkek, from attending. CarbonTrace Sdn Bhd remains committed to inclusive stakeholder engagement and ensuring that every voice is heard, which has prompted us to implement several responsive measures.

Upcoming Site Visit to Kilang Sawit LPM

To better accommodate the schedules and needs of the workers at Kilang Sawit LPM, we are organizing a separate site visit. This initiative will provide an opportunity for direct discussion about the biogas project, enabling us to gather valuable feedback and ensure that the perspectives of all staff are integrated into our project planning process.

Staying Connected: Our Commitment to Accessible Communication

Recognizing the importance of continuous dialogue, we have established dedicated communication channels to ensure that those unable to attend can still have their concerns addressed:

We encourage all stakeholders to use these means to maintain communication with us. Your insights, concerns, and suggestions are crucial for the development of a project that truly benefits the community.

Together, these measures will help ensure that despite the initial logistical challenges, all stakeholders have multiple avenues to engage with us and contribute to the conversation. We look forward to hearing from you and working together to ensure a successful and inclusive project outcome.
